Dot Young is a Scottish artist living and working in London having studied Fine Art Sculpture and subsequently Creative Media Arts.
Her sculptural work explores the fragility of natural forms in an increasingly threatening global environment. The work questions notions of permanence and ephemerality, our relationship with the planet and the demands and impact of the Anthoposcene. She is passionate about art in the community, delivering workshops with underrepresented, and marginalised communities both in the UK and internationally. |
